They told me to come down so they could install a recall of an airbag. Been waiting a long time for this bag to come in and be Available. So I go in, they take my vehicle in the back while I wait for about 50 minutes. The manager came and told me they did not have the right colored airbag, will have to order and wait for it to come in. So why did they tell me on the phone that they had it and to come in at 1:00? Waist of my time.

The service is excellent , the team that worked on my truck inspected and cleaned and adjusted the brakes, still have 80% on brakes 83k . Brakes like a new truck. I brought the truck in the afternoon before the appointment was 7AM the next morning . Good job great team and I would say all around improvement since covid.

Everything done as expected, however, I was told on the phone that it would take 20-30 minutes to change out a tire and it took over 2 hours while I waited at the dealership thinking it was only going to take 30 minutes. There were no complications. All that was done was to put a new tire on a rim and put it on my truck.

In general, communication frequency & accuracy is lacking. Specifics: 1. I made an appointment online for Memorial Day. I assumed you would be open because I was even allowed to make the appointment for that day. Further, I even asked the virtual assistant on your webpage if the service department would be open. I found out that you were in fact not open on Memorial Day after I drove 30 minutes to the dealership. 2. My vehicle wound up being in your shop from May 27th (really the 26th when I left it there on Memorial Day) to June 5th. I believe my service rep called me twice during that time frame. The rest of the time, I had to call to get updates, usually only speaking to someone other than my service rep. 3. On June 5th, I was told my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival shortly before closing time, the individual who helped me, who was not my service rep, had to call the service technician to get an update. Apparently, everyone had left before closing time. The service tech told this individual that he had wanted to test the vehicle the following morning, so I'm not sure why I was told it was ready for pick up. 4. I had brought the vehicle in to address an issue with the engine sputtering and to have the recall inspection done. I was told at some point late in the time that my vehicle was in the shop (maybe at pickup) that it was not due for the recall inspection yet. I don't know why the recall inspection couldn't have been done while the vehicle was in the shop (I believe I received the recall notice from GM shortly after at a different residence that I haven't been to yet).

I would say my husband and I had a okay experience at this dealership. The GM looked me in my face and didn’t say a word. I thought that was unprofessional however our salesman was great. We were not happy once we were told we were unable to get the 90 day deferred payments because that’s what GM and courtesy advertised and we were well qualified buyers. Overall they had the paperwork ready to sign when we go there so no wait time.

The work done was well done . The delivery time kept shifting and communication was sub par at best. I was told it would be ready Friday by closing time. Then the tech ran behind on another car so it would be Monday at lunch, and ended up being Wednesday afternoon late. All of this with zero reaching out to keep me updated. I had to initiate all communications. That is now good for customer service, good or bad news communication is very important.

I brought my truck in 3 times to get it worked on for the service drive assist message. The third time, the windshield was cracked after a front camera install. I was told I would have to bring it back again, so a different manager would have to look at it. I should not have to bring my vehicle in this many times, and to get my vehicle back in worse shape than when I brought it in is a disappointment.

Zac already knows about this but I had a broken piece to be replaced on the passenger side mirror and I brought the truck in for that and to have the tires rotated balanced, and the brake serviced. Picked up the truck didn’t really check to see if everything was OK with the side mirror, but that’s my fault. Got home and immediately heard the same rattling that had been associated with the broken piece. Went around to check on the Sideview mirror and noticed that the piece that had been replaced was still loose. I did not even notice that the top piece of the mirror was missing, which evidently had to be removed to replace the broken piece so when I took it back to the dealer to have them look, we noticed that the top of the Sideview mirror was missing. Very disappointing and is associated with replacing the broken piece so now Courtesy has to order the top piece and the interesting part is gonna be when we discussed who pays for this because this has to be associated with replacing the broken piece and I don’t know that it’s my responsibility to pay for poor workmanship.
