I brought my truck in 3 times to get it worked on for the service drive assist message. The third time, the windshield was cracked after a front camera install. I was told I would have to bring it back again, so a different manager would have to look at it. I should not have to bring my vehicle in this many times, and to get my vehicle back in worse shape than when I brought it in is a disappointment.

The work done was well done . The delivery time kept shifting and communication was sub par at best. I was told it would be ready Friday by closing time. Then the tech ran behind on another car so it would be Monday at lunch, and ended up being Wednesday afternoon late. All of this with zero reaching out to keep me updated. I had to initiate all communications. That is now good for customer service, good or bad news communication is very important.

I made an appointment for service on Tuesday 12/2 at 7:30 am. I had to call to get updates thru out the week and finally picked up my truck on Friday without service being completed. As of Wednesday, my truck had not been looked at which made me wonder why i made an appointment. I understand technicians are busy and things happen that alter schedules but the communication and responsiveness was poor.

Zac already knows about this but I had a broken piece to be replaced on the passenger side mirror and I brought the truck in for that and to have the tires rotated balanced, and the brake serviced. Picked up the truck didn’t really check to see if everything was OK with the side mirror, but that’s my fault. Got home and immediately heard the same rattling that had been associated with the broken piece. Went around to check on the Sideview mirror and noticed that the piece that had been replaced was still loose. I did not even notice that the top piece of the mirror was missing, which evidently had to be removed to replace the broken piece so when I took it back to the dealer to have them look, we noticed that the top of the Sideview mirror was missing. Very disappointing and is associated with replacing the broken piece so now Courtesy has to order the top piece and the interesting part is gonna be when we discussed who pays for this because this has to be associated with replacing the broken piece and I don’t know that it’s my responsibility to pay for poor workmanship.

Twice my car was dropped off at 8 am and no one called me to update me about my vehicle. I had to call and both times my vehicle wasn't done until 5 after the shuttle was done for the day. The next time I needed service I called to see when the best time to bring it in and have it returned in a timely manner and was told a date and time and that it would be done by 2 but again I wasn't called and when I called at 1 and explained that I needed my vehicle in time for the shuttle to pick me up was told it could be done by 3 instead of 5 like originally told. If a vehicle is dropped off it should still get serviced in the order in which it was received and follow up is very important.

I did not have my vehicle service on 4/30/26, it was 4/16/26 that my vehicle was towed in. It was Monday, April 20, 2026 when I picked it up. I was very disappointed that my brand-new vehicle shut down on me just before the weekend. I was without transportation that Courtesy GMC could not provide me with. This is my reason for the very low score. I feel that GM should provide loaner vehicles for customers in the event that something like this happens. I know that there will be nothing done, but I'm sure that I am not the only customer that feel this way. GM is always happy to sale a vehicle, but not satisfy the customer.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at this shop. I use to hold this dealership in high regard, but it seems like the quality is not there anymore. So the biggest issue was trying to get in touch with somebody to schedule an appointment. The app no longer works so you can’t schedule an employment with Courtesy by using the GMC phone app. I called two maybe three times with messages and never got a return back so I literally had to go down and stop by after work to make my appointment.

My Acadia has been stalling at lights , stop signs and on hills when I told them there was a problem they drove it for 10 miles but it didn't do anything well it did it on me again so I took it back and another man drove it and yes it stalled he told the technician that the transmission was sticking so now they will take care of the problem, praying it's doesn't cost a lot.

It has been a terrible experience overall. I have never been so utterly disrespected and insulted by a professional service company. If I did not have unresolved matters to settle with the dealership, I would NEVER set foot on their property again. I have had problem after problem with this 2025 GMC Denali Yukon. Every complaint has been met with resistance and a defense that I, as the user, am causing the problem. I have asked them to buy back the vehicle, but they have refused. The experience was so distasteful that I no longer want to drive a GMC. PLEASE POST THIS, as I will file a similar complaint with the Better Business Bureau and seek legal representation if my issues are not expeditiously resolved. Feel free to call me at (334) 354-0261.
